Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 5 lemongrass stalks
  • 4 pandan leaves
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp tablespoons of fresh mint leaves
  • 2 limes
  • 2-4 tbsp sugar or honey

Instructions
 

  • Cut the lemongrass and pandan leaves into thin slices and grate the ginger.
  • Heat the water in a saucepan until it’s boiling hot and add lemongrass, pandan leaves, ginger, and mint leaves.
  • Simmer on a low heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and add sugar or honey. Enjoy!
  • For ICED VERSION: Let the tea cool down to room temperature. Then add plenty of ice into each glass and pour the tea into the glasses through a strainer. Squeeze some lime juice and serve with mint sprigs and lime wedges.
