- 4 cups Water
- 2 tbsp Loose peach blossom tea or 2 peach blossom tea bags
- 1 Fresh peach sliced
- 1/2 cups Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 cup Sugar adjust based on sweetness preference
- Ice cubes
- 1/2 cup White wine or sparkling wine optional
- Peach slices, orange slices, or edible flowers for garnish (optional)
Boil 4 cups of water. Remove from heat and add the peach blossom tea. Let it steep for about 5 minutes.
Strain and stir in the sugar until fully dissolved.
Add the freshly squeezed orange juice.
Let the tea mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
In a large pitcher, combine the chilled tea mixture with the sliced peaches. You can also add wine to the pitcher at this stage.
Fill glasses with ice and pour the sangria tea over the ice. Garnish with additional peach slices, orange slices, or edible flowers for a decorative touch. Enjoy!
