Yerba Mate Culture: JoonasWelcome to Yerba Mate Culture!

Here you can find guides and reviews related to different types of teas. From yerba mate and other exotic herbal teas to green tea, black tea, and bubble tea – we have it all!

Story of Yerba Mate Culture

Hi, I am Joonas, the founder of Yerba Mate Culture. I am a happy dude who likes surfing, traveling, and spending time with my son. And, of course, I enjoy drinking yerba mate and various other types of teas.

I also like nature, as you can see from the picture (I am the one with a beard). So I like growing herbs and walking in nature foraging for berries and mushrooms.

The reason I started this site is that I enjoy drinking yerba mate along with other teas and I want to share this pleasure with everyone who is interested!

Today, we have hundreds of daily visitors who rely on our guides to find the healthiest teas, tastiest recipes, and the most honest product reviews.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help our readers find new and interesting teas to try. We also want to help you live a healthier and happier life by recommending the best teas and herbal remedies.

We aim to fulfill our mission by creating advanced guides about the health benefits of various teas, writing honest and unbiased buying guides and reviews, and crafting homemade tea recipes.

Our Responsibility

At YerbaMateCulture.com, we always maintain the highest standards of editorial integrity.

👉 Our guides are based on personal experience, evidence, and scientific research.

👉 We only use reliable sources to research our content.

👉 We regularly update our pages with the latest information.

We utilize affiliate marketing to fund our operations, but this does not influence our product recommendations. Also, we don’t accept any sponsorships to avoid any conflicts of interest.

I Want To Share The Pleasure

I drink different teas daily because they taste good, are healthy, and give me energy. I’m always looking for new varieties and brands to try out and this is a great place to share my experiences.

First, there are the various “real teas” made from Camellia Sinensis, the tea plant. From Chinese green and white teas to Japanese matcha, and India’s Darjeeling and Assam, they are refreshing and full of healthy antioxidants.

Then there are herbal teas made from different plants. Mostly caffeine-free, they have many health benefits and are excellent natural remedies for many conditions.

I have noticed that drinking tea is a nice habit to add to your life for several reasons:

  • Most teas are healthy and stomach-friendly.
  • Tea can give you energy when you need it.
  • Drinking tea can be a moment of relaxation or social interaction with friends and family.
  • A great cup of tea tastes natural and refreshing.

That’s why I want to share the pleasure with you!

If you ever need help or have any questions or comments, feel free to post them below or reach out through our contact page. We will be happy to help you out!

All the best,

Joonas

  2. Yes, me too, all your info is new for me, you have a unique article.
I’m sure that every country has a special herbal drink for tea. but this is unique.
And I’m very curious about the straw? Is it a must to use a straw? cause we never use straw just for having a tea?
